A New Vision for Birth & Parenthood
I'm Victoria- Founder of the Antenatal Revolution™
Parenthood is one of the most significant transitions a person will ever experience.
Following the birth of my first baby I was traumatised. Not just by the birth. But by the romanticised version of birth & parenthood I had been fed in my antenatal classes. And don't even get me started on the lack of preparation for bringing my baby home. My shifting identity and relationships. My tricky feeding journey.
I felt like a complete failure.
And I wasn't alone.
Over the years, I've heard from countless parents who felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice, struggled with their mental health, or felt pressured by unrealistic expectations of parenthood.
Parents deserve better.
That's why I'm so passionate about creating psychologically safe antenatal and postnatal education that is practical, inclusive and completely free from judgement or bias. When we protect parental mental health and help people feel genuinely prepared for the transition into parenthood, the impact can reach far beyond the individual parent—it can shape children's lives and future generations.
I've also been proud to use my voice beyond the classroom through political campaigning for better maternity and neonatal care, advocating for care that is safe, equitable, compassionate and centred on human rights for every family.
We've now trained and supported hundreds of antenatal and postnatal teachers around the world to bring this approach to parents in their own communities.
And because I've experienced first-hand how daunting it can be to build a career and business in this space, our support doesn't stop when you qualify. We provide business guidance, mentoring and ongoing support because we won't leave you at graduation—we've got you.
