*PLEASE NOTE: THIS PRICE IS PER COUPLE, NOT PER PERSON* Group Refresher Workshop for second, third, fourth time parents. Every bundle of joy brings with it a few changes here and there. Perhaps this time you have a different birth wish list, or perhaps you would like some tips on how to manage with another little one in tow. Maybe you're new to the area and want to meet a set of brilliant friends to hang out with and find out what local activities there are to do locally with multiples- either way you’re in the right place and we’ll tailor the course to suit you! This 3 hour workshop includes: Final stages of pregnancy- staying healthy and feeling good and getting ready for birth A celebration of your first birth and the positive elements you hope to repeat as well as anything you may like to do differently Recap: Labour & Birth Introducing a newborn to a sibling Planning for the early days with a newborn & toddler Practical coping techniques for juggling multiples both in and out of the house Family dynamics Self care & postpartum healing This course helps you get back in the baby zone and supports you physically, emotionally and practically as your family grows.
