Doula Support Service: Tracey-anne offers two Birth Packages
Package 1 is Doula Birth Support
This is a 24 hour on call support via email, text or in person, surrounding your estimated due date (not set in stone) as baby can be early or late, so we always go with the flow and play it by ear.
I keep in contact with you, getting lots of detail as to how you are feeling mentally as well as physically, we chat about your birth journey wishes, your likes , your dislikes. I have various bits of information regarding your birth which am able to share with you beforehand. which you and your partner or myself can practice at your home, we can discuss in detail etc.
When i get the call from yourself letting me know you are in labour, i will make my way to your home, the main part of my work is knowing the right time to make our way into hospital, keeping everyone nice and relaxed and calm and in control, i support the couple, i do not get into the middle and separate a couple,i inform, i support, i keep everything calm and relaxed and i stay with you until baby has arrived safe and happy.
I return a few days later to see you once you are at home, we go through your birth and do a little debrief, also making sure that both you and your partner and baby are doing really well and /or need any advice or signposted to various services.
Included in this package are three reflexology sessions done in your own home or at Beaconsfield St Thomas Church. Plus three visits antenatal or postnatal , entirely dependant on what you need.
You also receive a little birth parcel which arrives via DPD before your EDD.
I take a 50% non refundable deposit on booking and balance is paid after birth.
Second package include placenta encapsulation (capsules only) £1850.00
Some couple decide not to have a full birth doula and would rather have someone temporary.
I charge £20 per hour and stay with you and give advice over the phone, text or email, you decide when i leave or arrive to your birth, in your hands and you are able to choose what it is you need on the day.
