1/2 reflex,1/2 massage 1 hour

Good for anxiety, feeling low, feeling tired, lack of sleep, late stages pregnancy, feeling heavy, pelvic soreness, leg and foot fatigue or just  getting close to EDD. Just needing that bit of me time.
 
 
Reflexology is a Chinese style method of working on your feet, using pressure points and energy to move through blockages in your body.
 
This works in so many ways, physically relaxing you and your body, your muscles and psychologically bringing your mind and your body together, also on an energetic level, balancing your energies, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed, open, and rested for  at least  a week after your treatment.
