The Parent Session's - Free Events Leeds

What: The Parent Session's are FREE events for parents in Leeds to gather, connect and learn from some of Leeds best providers of pregnancy, birth and postnatal support! The events are completly free and accessible to all. All are welcome, come as you are!  Babies from birth to pre- speedy walkers!

Who: Catriona from Baby Beats Leeds Central East will be joining us for our first event with The Parent Session's!

"Hi I'm Catriona, the owner of BabyBeats Leeds. After the birth of my second child, I wanted to pursue a career which enabled me to spend more time with my own children. I am passionate about supporting mums in their postpartum recovery, an area which is often lacking, and advocate bonding through exercise. My classes provided a dedicated time for you and your baby to breathe, move and connect. 

Join us for a mini introductory session to explore BabyBeats and what we have to offer. If you're looking for a fun and engaging way to bond with your baby while staying active, this one is for you! 

BabyBeats offers a nurturing environment where parents can bond with their babies while also enjoying baby yoga, massage, sensory play and postpartum exercises to aid recovery.
